We have been experiencing, as the title suggests, some delays and problems with our e-mail system, ranging from minor to earth-shatteringly catastrophic.
The source has been identified and we should have a relatively quick fix. If you have had an e-mail to Tree-Lion Press go unanswered, please look for a reply within the week. If you still do not have a reply July 10, please re-send your e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the meantime, here is a quick overview of the summer editorial schedule:
Keeping Pace with Eternity: Initial author payments sent. Two contracted stories still outstanding, and then we will be in the final leg of the publication schedule.
Menschen and Minyanim: Acceptances sent and mid-way through initial editors notes to authors.
Land of Dust and Bones: This project was unfortunately moved to the backburner through the spring, but we've now got it moved to the top of the pile for the summer. This project drew some 5x the number of submissions of any other Tree-Lion book, so I'm sorry to say that most responses are going to be form rejections. Acceptance/rejections will be sent by July 10, so if you submitted for this collection and haven't heard back by July 11, please contact us at email@example.com.
Thank you all for your patience, and best wishes for a safe and happy Independence Day holiday.
